A blender first and a brewer second: for a century the house bought lambic and blended it, which is the older craft of the two.

Traditional Lambic
Spontaneously fermented with wild yeast from the air of the Pajottenland and Senne valley, using unmalted wheat and aged hops. Gueuze is a blend of young and old lambic refermented in the bottle.
